Credit Card Security Return PolicyProduct can be returned for a refund if returned within 20 days of purchase without any obligation and the title and risk of loss on such goods shall not pass to the customer until the expiration of the 20-day period. Contact us at customerservice@jamestowntinderbox.com and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number will be provided. Simply place this RMA number on the shipping box and send it back to us. A full credit of the purchase price, minus the shipping charges, will be issued upon us receiving the humidor or cigar accessories. Product returned after 20 days of purchase will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges. All returns must be returned in original packaging and are subject to inspection. No credit will be issued for product that we determine cannot be resold. Shipping Damage If your recieve cigar humidors, cigar cutters, cigar cases, lighters or other cigar accessories that were damaged during shipment, immediately contact UPS or the U.S. Postal Service (depending on the carrier who delivered the box) and report it. After reporting the damage to the carrier contac us and we will promptly replace the shipment free of any charges to you. Directions on what to do with the damaged humidor or accessory will be given to you after contacting us.
